With 28 years of experience in construction industry Mr. Mallikarjun Bashettiyavar, Director, a graduate in Civil Engineering established a Proprietorship company by Gautham Constructions in the year 1987, which has been converted into a Private Ltd company in the year April 2005.
During 28 years tenure more than 100 projects consisting of Residential apartments, Commercial complexes, Industrial buildings, Institutional buildings and Individual residences have been successfully completed.
Since its inception company has been able to complete all the projects on schedule because of a healthy united work force. Today the company has more than 40 experienced technical personnel and more than 1000 workers including a large casual labour force at its command who play a major role in the construction activities. The various facilities provided by the company to its workers ensure a committed team effort in all its endeavors.
